This is a GREAT specialty fitness studio. There are mostly women in the classes. It's great for many women who do not like the idea of lifting weights or strength training, but it still gives you a great core and strength workout. It's also fun because you feel sort of like a ballerina using the barre! The pure barre technique is very smart. Highly recommend this place.
