I'm not going to go in to the full detail but I will say they are #1 in my book for customer disatisfaction. Thinking about it just makes me want to vomit! I think with that said this describes how bad it truly is. I can't even rate this appropiately since they do not have a field for negative star ratings.

Cons: horrible customer service #1 in the NW for sarcasm
