I lived in a high-rise luxury condo project that some normal carpet cleaners would not be able to access, in terms of getting the tube up to the third floor. The concierge recommended Shaggy's Carpet Cleaning and I have since used their service multiple times.
The owner, Dave, is a good guy. He is easy to get a hold of and flexible in terms of scheduling. I recommend Shaggy's because they do good quality carpet cleaning and their prices are reasonable.
