My husband has called once in regards to a service dept. question and Jeff was the one who took the call. Jeff was not helpful and pretty much didn't act like he wanted to assist us at all. I think you should find another job that isn't customer service oriented.\r
Second time called back and once again spoke to someone rather disappointing. Unfortunately he didn't say who he was and that's fine, however the service dept. doesn't seem to truly listen to the customer needs nor do they have a positive attitude. I hope this wont continue because you will lose a lot of customers and in todays economy a business can't afford it!
