While the sofa I had made by the Sofa Company is nice, my experience with them was frustrating and every time I see the couch I am reminded of what a difficult and annoying process it was. My couch arrived over two weeks late and had the wrong legs attached to it. I am extremely busy, as most people are, so having to deal with this situation is the last thing I have time for, and they did not make it easy. I had to call 6 times before someone finally returned my call and could give me an update on my couch. I also had several emails go unanswered and felt neglected as a customer. I also feel that I had to correct their mistakes. I had to explain to them why it was an issue to have the couch delayed and had to suggest to them that they waive the delivery charge. I am also now responsible for taking the legs off of my couch, going to the store to exchange for the correct ones, and attaching the right legs myself. Their communication and customer service skills are poor to say the least and I would recommend going elsewhere for your couch. Cons: poor customer service, lack of communication more
