I own two homes in Tucson, AZ and have had Rathbun Realty manage them for over 3 years now. I had always managed my homes myself but it just became to much to handle, since I work full time and my family did want to see me now and then. Anyway my wife and I are so pleased with them. My houses are always rented and they, (Rathbun) keep close tabs on them too. I can count on my rent coming in on time and they even inspect my houses to make sure the tenants are being responsible. This has been a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend them. J. Bennett
