The staff is excellent and they offer SilverSneakers for us Seniors. The teachers are well-trained and qualified. The equipment all works and the bath rooms are spotless. They have recently moved all their ab equipment upstairs and all cardio bikes and stair-steppers are also upstairs. I have 2 crippled feet and can't climb the stairs so I can't use this equipment. Also, the rock music videos blast too loudly most of the time. I guess the younger clients like it that way. I'd recommend this club to anyone! Other guests are easy to meet and visit with while there. We go 4-6 times a week for classes and weight-lifting machines.
Pros: Clean, well-maintained, wide variety of equipment
Cons: Too much equipment and walking track placed upstairs.
