They charged us the most they said it would be to fix a irus(a price they specified was for those with tons of stuff on their computer, which we dont). I told them, save 3 things, my docs, pics and 8- 2 minute vidoes. I got it home after that took them 3 days to fix and no videos or docs. So I took it back up there Monday at 3pm when she said she could still gt them back, no problem. No call all day yesterday so i call them at 4 pm, she said, oh shes just working on it now. So this morning, Im waiting around for a call, nothing. So at noon I just called there and her daughter tells me she couldnt find the stuff yet, it will take 2 more days. I said, the hell it will and just got it back. The owner never once called me back or appearedafter she knew she had screwed up nor did she try and reimburse me. So farwell to all my research papers and the few videos I had of my son riding a bike for the first time and his birthdays and playing soccer and baseball- all gone. so sad!!!!!
