I have tried several times to Cancel my Gold's membership. I waited out the contract and then started. I sent them emails like they requested for the 30 days written notice. I would call and follow up and they never got them. I would verify again and again that I had the email address right. I called them again after the last time and they told me that they could not cancel the membership now. Gold's Corporate had to do it. I called and was put on hold with no answer several times. Today I finally reached someone at Gold's that sounds like they are going to take care of the problem and refund for all of the back months they have billed. I am so frustrated by this. When you look at Gold's Corporate address on their website they have the main office in Orem and another that is the same address as Paramount Acceptance. Pros: They can lie with the best Cons: Too long to list more
