Staff seems friendly enough but the place is certainly no ""boutique."" My dog was shaking because it was too cold and when I looked in the kennel (which is right by the front door), the other two small dogs were also shivering. That isn't the worst part. The day after the grooming, my dog started to limp and it got worse over time. I'm not certain but the vet told me that it is very possible that it was because the groomers stood him on his hind leg too long or did something that weakened his kneecaps. Please take a look for yourself before you send your dog there.
