Victoriajane1: We do sincerely apologize for the poor service that you recieved on your tile project. We have since that date made many changes to our company. We have changed our office staff as well as changed the supervisors we have working out in the field. The two owners are in charge of all of the ongoing projects and we are quick to respond to any questions or issues a client may have. Our tile installers are as neat as they can be and clean up all of their mess at the end of each day. Again, we do apologize for the poor service you may have recieved.
