i am currently planning my wedding. as the bride, of coarse i was super excited after talking to the guys from hanks. they were all really nice and polite on the phone. so one of them, bill, set up an appt to meet with me at the place i am getting married. i packed my son up to go and ended up sitting there in the parking lot for almost an hour. nobody showed up or even called!!
Pros: they seem very nice
Cons: they dont actually care about you or your big day, beware!!
