These people are TERRIBLE. They sent out a technician who let my dogs out then ran out on the job before it was finished after realizing what he had done. Nevermind that we never received any paperwork or a bill of any kind (just a charge on a credit card) and I had to spend four hours chasing down dogs but they refused to reimbirse any part of the charge! In the end I was charged $170 for them to change a filter and flip a switch, let my dogs out, leave the cover off, not drain the tub or fix the chemicals. Rude, unprofessional, fraudulant - beware!!!
