I have never been one to motivate myself to go to the gym. Coming from a ballet background, the first session of Pilates had me hooked for life because of the type of exercises.
At age 35, it gave me a better body than I had ever had. Long, lean muscles and I feel so strong in my core(abdomen area). I know that I could of never accomplished these results in just a gym.
