so I visited, wasnt very impressed with the toothless manager and rundown building with clutter on just about every balcony.. EYESORE!... but, the price SEEMED right. That was until I drove by a night and wow does it come alive at night, almost like a ""Night at the Museum""! suspicious looking characters galore! No thank you! I will keep on looking.
Pros: great rent rates
Cons: you get what you pay for!
