We too had Aliso Air design and installed the HVAC system in our home. The engineering and quality of their work is a joke. We have rooms that have hurricane force winds leaving the vents in some rooms and other rooms in which there is literally NO airflow. It is impossible to heat or cool this house properly.
Cons: Poor Design, Poor Followup, Terrible Customer Service
