I have attended this school for four years and in this time I have seen many improvements in myself. I started out looking for strength and balance from the martial arts and have gained that and more. I have increased my self confidence, awareness, and sharpened my mind. The benefits gained have enabled me to perform better at my job to the point it has been recognized reflected in an increased salary and respect.
