I've been to Ping Pong three or four times now, and I've already got an established list of favorites: the shrimp and citrus salad, the chicken and black pepper spring rolls, the lemon chicken, the pork (or the vegetable) puffs. It's best to try it first with a crowd that likes to share, to find out what you most enjoy. That's how I learned that the other spring rolls, the cilantro dumplings, and the prawn balls would never be my favorites. (Tom is right on about those prawn balls.) It gets too expensive for an everyday place, but it's a nice--and very different--option near my office.
