My girlfriend recommended this place and I could slap her now...lol. When I called to make my reservation I talked to Matt and questioned the reviews I had read because the majority of them were not good. He said "look we do a million moves a year there is bound to be some errors". Not so much what he said, but how he said it. I should have known at that time to not use them. I agree with others in that they raise the quote once they have your stuff. Also they charge you for rolls of tape that are not completely used. Only one guy out of 4 spoke English. I should have raised a stink but by the end of the move I was so damn mad and aggravated I let it go. But now I shall call the BBB and notify them. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. I still shake my head on how really awful they were.
