WOW!! The above negative reviews were obviously written by a tenant who was not paying rent of was abusive in some way! As a landlord for a multi family home, I was at my wits end when the tenants were not paying and abusing my kindness. We put so much money into our property to have "professioanl tenants" ie. system workers, ruin it month in and month out. One phone call to J Butler Property Management and my problems were solved. As a landlord in MA we have NO rights. The judicial system is all for the tenants and this company has the means to defend and support any landlord with any law abiding situation. I can not even begin to tell you how comforting it is to know that they always have me covered. I spoke to them daily for the first 2 months until they turned my property around and started it paying for itself. You would be sorry not to contract with them.
