I visited Zap a year ago and at that time told the tech. that I didn't want to buy any more products that didn't work. She performed a chemical peel. I proceeded to buy 100$ worth of product and was told if I had any issues to let her know. A week later I called to let her know the product was not working and stung my eyes. She told me they don't take back product and basically too bad. When I told her that was not what I was told by her she argued with me and said there was nothing she could do and she has another client waiting.
