I got a deal for about $45-50/night. The reason probably being because they were under renovation. The hallways had wallpaper coming off & were in need of new carpeting. The parking garage underneath is VERY small- I had a large van that I was scared would scrape the top. The elevators were not in very good condition.\r

Despite those downsides- the rooms were actually very nice & clean, they had sleep-number beds that you could adjust to your liking with quality down comforters.\r
The front lobby was very nice with the dark wood & spiral staircase.\r
The pool though was small & cold.\r

For the price- I didnt mind the hallways in need of up-keep as long as the rooms were suitable. So, I pretty much got what I paid for.
