I totally disagree with Sara. We moved to Ohio from Jension and we miss Dr Holt and his staff so much! Even the animals can sense he cares about them and love him. I went to Jenison Animal Hospital for over 10 years and can tell anyone it is the best vet around. Dr Holt made trips during the night, he's met me at the hospital for emergencies, gave me his home phone number in case of problems after my cats surgery etc. He goes above the call of duty - he doesn't charge you extra for unecessary stuff - he is a true Doctor wanting to cure and care for his patients. I visited the hospital daily when my cat was sick (in the back room) and never saw anything like Sara stated. If you want high prices to pay for a fancy building this vet is not for you - Dr Holt is not there to impress the humans with fancy decor - he is there to doctor the animals and is the best in my opinion.
