We absolutely loved this Banfield because of the great, compassionate, caring nature of the two male vets. I wish I could remember their names, but now that we've moved cross-country, I'm lucky I can remember to post this review! I think one vet was named Dr. Juan and the other vet was a portly gentleman. We never liked the female vet here because she had a very poor bed-side manner. The two male vets did a fantastic job of taking care of our German Shepherd and Australian Kelpie. They always did thorough examinations and truly sought to determine the cause of any illnesses. We did not join the wellness plan and do not regret that decision. We never got any kind of pressure from anyone to join.
