I went to drop off a care package for my nephew, consisting of 3 books, 3 socks, and 3 underwear, who is in jail for DUI. They said I could not drop off the package unless i visited him. They are going to hand them the package anyways!!!! Please tell me how this makes sense, Mr Lambert the Deputy there said it was there policy not to take packages unless i visited.
