They regularly lose records, fail to call one back, and get abusive when called on it. I find them terrible to deal with and am switching PCPs because working with them is impossible.
I fear for any of their geriatric patients--it's one thing to deal with them when you can keep calling and fighting for care, but if one were elderly and/or confused? Heaven Help you.
