This property management company collected rent from me for three years. Today I discovered a posting on the property that the house was being foreclosed. I believed that in these economic times the best way to insure you wouldn't be in this situation would be to utilize a property mananagment company. I paid rent for three years and was never late. Today the sheriff posted a notice of forclosure. My calls to Jordan Johnson Property Mgmt were not returned.
Cons: I am renting a house and it is in foreclosure.
