Mr. Brekeen told me that my carpet would be installed on a certain date. On that date I called him, because he was three hours late, and he answered and made it seem as though he never told me that date... That was a lie. He did tell me that date and I wrote it down in my planner. Now I have to wait another week to get my carpet. I am not happy.
