i drove over an hour and ran into some traffic and was 4 minutes late. yes, just 4 minutes late and they, both the dentist, and now i learn that the receptionist is his wife, they were both so nasty they had me in tears. \r
the appointment was for my disabled son, and they had no empathy at all for what I had gone through to get there.\r
very nasty people.
