I have trained and spent money in so many places and seen minimal results ranging from Miami beach to coral gables to kendall, tried everything. This was my last stop after hearing such rave reviews and actually met several people who said they trained there. They are incredible and very knowledgeable. There professionalism supersedes what I have experienced elswhere. They are not all caught up in paper mumbo jumbo, only in what really counts, your transformation. They really love what they do...they have a sincere passion for this. Extremely enthusiastic whether its weight training, boot camp or spinning. There prices don't exist anywhere specially for the service and time you receive. They have helped me reach my goal and more. I feel very young again, very energetic, and full of life. And for this I will eternally be grateful!!!! Want to come back to life and feel good about yourself, then this is the place.
