The truth is, we've been a Cbeyond customer for more than six years and have never had any major issues. In fact, we were their customer even before they were our client. \r

We really liked their products and packages and it made sense for us to sign up. Later, as our contract came up for renewal they offered us an even better value for extended services. Our telephone and internet service has never been interrupted, nor have we had any other technical problems.\r

For the past five years, as their agency we've gotten the chance to work side-by-side with Cbeyond and get to know their employees. These people believe in their business and really care about their customers.\r
