My overall experience thus far was a positive one, picking up my vehichle in a couple of days, at the Auto Mall. The selection was terrific and the sales and financing people were great. I had my own financing but opted to use theirs at a better rate. Big Kudos! I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and achieved both with minimal haggling.\r
The Auto Mall is one of those middle of the road places and you should know that before going in there. They have great cars but they're still a used car dealership. Their volume is big and it seems to take some time before they detail and service the cars that are sold. You are a little too close to other customers when trying to make a deal as the desks are close to each other. I think people who wrote other reviews expected new/large dealership service. \r
Overall, if you want a great car at a good price and don't want all the fluff the AutoMall is the place.
Pros: nice selection, no-nonsense atmosphere.
Cons: a little rough around the edges(service, buying process)
