Everytime time we go in the store, we are always greated in a friendly manner. The store manager addresses us by our names and let's us know when a game has come in that we have been looking for. If they don't have what we want, we just leave our name, number and what we are looking for and they call us when it comes in. I highly recommend this store. GameStop is too pushy...never let's us try anything out - Game X Change ALWAYS let's us without any problem!
