I agree completely with ""momluvbrian"" there are 5 or 6 workers and the manager Ms Cando. If you can get past the ""account collectors"" that work for her and get right to Ms.Cando you will get respect, courtesy, fairness and most importantly RESULTS. The assistant managers Pat and LaVern are ""chips off the Cando block"" also. \r

Skip the ""B team"" - AMANDA = whiney, small minded, rude. LORI = Loud, rude, smart mouth, rude, MEAN (did forget rude?) WILLIAM = weasel, nasty, likes to be mean, rude.\r

If they call and are not nice ask to talk to the manager Karen Cando. Or call her receptionist 431-9942. \r
She is honest and will work with you in person or on the phone - IF YOU work with her. I started off yelling @#$%$# at her because of Lori. Ended up calling her back - twice to tell her I was sorry for ME BEING RUDE. She didnt take it easy on me, I had to explain all of what was going on. When she was done I knew exactly what was expected, what the ""rules"" were and several options (none of the options included the ""R"" word). \r

I totally pegged Karen wrong in the beginning. When I was yelling and swearing she wouldnt have any of it and told me so. What she said made sense and definately WORKED OUT FOR ME! I signed up for the NEW FLEXIBLE PAY auto payment she started in 2009 and it has been great! No more calls because I am late. My landlord told me I should either marry her or have her adopt me, LOL. Because of her my rent is straight too! \r
