I first went thru the service department where I purchased my 60"" Sony TV and the earliest they could send someone out to check the TV was 12 days from the day I called which was Monday Sept. 7, 2009. They also wanted a service charge of $150. I called Dean TV repair on Tuesday at 9:30 and they had someone at my home before 11:00 and the service charge was only $50. By 11:30 my TV was repaired. After it was fixed he offered to remove the back of my TV and cleaned it for me without any additional charge. He also took the time to explain how I can get the lamp to last longer.
