I explicitly told my stylist that I did NOT want the chunky look, instead I wanted the blended natural sun-kissed look. I came away with chunks ALL over! The manager came over and said the chunks were ""in"" and that I looked great. The manager and the stylist were more concerned that they liked my hair and less worried that I had to live with it. I did go back 2 weeks later to have it ""fixed"" and it went very brassy! NEVER again will I go back!
Pros: They could fit me in anytime.
Cons: No wonder their schedule was open- nobody can do color!
