Holy Cross Medical Group charged me for two co--pays when my insurance card indicated no co-pays were due. I also waited to see a doctor for quite a long time given that the waiting room was empty. While waiting, I noticed at least three pharmaceutical sales persons meet with personnel. I would never go back to any Holy Cross facility. When I requested a refund for the co-pay,s they repaid one co-pay but it took many phone calles to get the second co-pay refunded. never again
