My husband and I stopped by for a haircut and I got mine colored. I had a single-process color and my hair is shoulder length. The price list said color was ""$45 and up"" and haircut was $15 for me and $12 for my husband. When we were done the owner charged us $130!!! When I questioned the prices he told me he would refund us $18 but he was charging $70 for the color, $15 for the haircut on me, $12 for my husband and then $16 because the woman blowdryed my hair. I would NEVER in a million years recommend or return to this scam artist. This dinky (ugly inside) shop is located in Pawling, NY not NEW YORK CITY. He makes up prices as he goes along and the cost is ridiculous!
