i, too, walked in and had horrible service. no recognition that i was even there. the people wandered around the back room while i stood at the front register waiting to give my order. i was in there for a good 5 minutes (which is actually a long time when waiting to place an order) until i decided to give up. i gave up because the one guy came out, looked at me and didn't even acknowledge that i was a customer! i wanted a smoothie, but nobody seemed to bother getting around to even greeting me. terrible horrible. and this was hours after they opened, during lunch time, so there was no excuse for this. i was the only customer in there, and now i'm not even surprised why. terrible service!! i wish there was an option for less than one star.
