I'm sorry for those individuals who felt they did not get their money's worth of services. $3000 is a lot -- and a wonderful motivator. I train approx. three times each week -- which averages $19/hour. I have used other professional trainers, but never less than $60/hour. During the hour I am there I am always being encouraged and pushed to the extreme. It is difficult, but the results are wonderful. And when my form is incorrect, the trainer is quickly at my side to correct it. As far as a nutrionist goes, I find the owner consistent in his suggestions, and yes they are printed out. The ""problem"" I find is that I am not as consistent -- frequently diverting from the suggested foods only to find that I'm the one sabbotaging my goal. Exercise is hard; eating the correct foods for my body shape even harder. However, that's the contract I signed and am expected to comply with.
