the plans for my mother funeral was to have an open casket so the family could see her one last time ...instead they made my mother look freakish .who ever took care of her...did a terrible job , first of all my mother skin tone was very dark , her face was overly puffy to a point she was almost unrecognizable and they chopped off most of her hair...a few family members seen her face and couldnt bare to keep the casket open for the other family members to see the horrible job ortiz funeral home did on her face.....would love to had seen her at her funeral but i rather keep the memory of who she really looks like instead...i think the ortiz funeral home should be investigated...people pay money to have their loved ones to have a decent funeral but instead they get ripped off by unprofessionals who dont care about the family or their loved ones.
Cons: unsatisfied family....uncaring for the dead
