Ken, your accustations are completely false. The car, ( apparent on the video) looks great. This body shop works directely with multiple insurance accounts. The shop as well as the insurance company contacted you multiple times to try and accomidate you. You called everyone ass**les and requested that we stop contacting you. The work done was flawless, you know it and you just did not want to pay your deductible. Even the judge at the Van Nuys Court found you guilty and made you pay the deductible to the shop. You need to stop your slander on both the shop and the manager.
