We visited the Northlake Blvd. location on the day before Yom Kippur (Sunday) so we could have bagels for our guests we invited to our home after sundown on Monday. We requested one dozen garlic bagels. We should have checked inside the bag before leaving, but we saw the gentleman reached into the "Garlic Bagels" bin and give us one dozen so we did not see the need to check.\r
When we got home and opened the bag, what we found was one dozen ONION bagels which were all burnt! We had to go to Publix today and buy some of their bagels to make up for what Brooklyn Bagel did not give us. I don't know whose fault this is but it will not happen again to us. From now on we either go to Bagel Boyz or Manhattan Bagels when we are having a party and don't want to serve our guests burned bagels and the wrong type of bagel!
