Did our roof in 2002. Now in 2009 it looks terrible, all the neighbors are asking us what's wrong with it. Reymann came out and said it wasn't hail damage. Told my husband he'd come back when our ins. adjuster came to look at it and Reymann never showed up. Adjuster said it's the shingle he used and we'd prob get 800. towards new roof! That does nothing to help us cover the cost of a new roof, plus they'd have to tear off what's there now cause it's sticking up. So we have a 25 yr warranty which is basically good for nothing?
