I called Larkin because they are a large company that has been around for a long time. After my experience I am wondering how they have been able to stay in business as long as they have. I called them up and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 10 AM. I asked if they could call me to let me know when they will be on their way and he told me no. He informed me that the plumbers may be busy for a while after 10 and when I asked if they could call to let me know if they are busy he acted like I was crazy. Apparently plumbers do not own cell phones.
I waited at my house all day and no one showed up or called. I wasted one of my 2 days off per week sitting around waiting and they couldn't even call me to say they would not be bale to make it. They called me the next day at 1 PM at which point I told them no thanks.
