I recently got a window tinting done on my cadillac. The first trip was good. I brought the car home and found some imperfections in the rear windows and took the car back. They happily redid the tint and I took the car home again - only to find the same imperfections.
Pros: Customer service second to none, great work
Cons: One of the tinters was a bit surly
