I just moved in to APP Manor across from cannon dorm. It is a renewal apartment which means that only one person who lived here last term is staying. I walked in and immediately noticed the disgusting filth that caked the entire apartment. The fridge had mold all over it and my toilet and shower were so disgusting it took me 3 hours to clean them. At the time of signing my lease I was asked to pay a $40 cleaning fee which I thought would mean that they would come make sure the apartments were clean before I moved in...apparently not. I have called them 3 times and went over to the offices twice to tell them that I cannot use the oven or stove because of how nasty it is. they promised me that someone would come over to clean it. It has been 2 weeks and nobody has showed up. Do not rent from them. The great location is not worth the hassle of having to deal with these people.
