Kim is clearly skilled in her technique and approach. I had been experiencing a stiff neck for a week and she took away the pain. There was some noise (kids running and playing) in the hallway and main room that proved a bit distracting to my overall experience, so if you're looking for complete serenity and calm, better try a day spa. Overall, she's a gifted therapist who knows how to heal the body's aches and pains.
