Time-Warner Cable unfortunately has a monoply on cable service in large areas of Manhattan--a perfect illustration of why monoplies are illegal most places. There are customer service is horrible. They are sarcastic, they contradict each other, and they constantly disconnect the customers.
In the final irony, after my seventh phone call today, I received an automatic callback for a customer service survey.
Guess what?
It didn't work either.
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: horrible service, constant contradictions
