I have not stayed at the hotel, but ate dinner in the restaurant. I think they were the most rude employees I have seen in quite some time. We were moving to Juneau and looking for a house at the time. After spending over a month in a hotel, my kids were not as quiet as they should have been. However they were not interfering with anyone else, stayed at there table seated and did not leave a mess at the table. The staff were a bit impatient and we kept our meal short and I left a nice tip and waited outside for my daughter to go to the restroom. I would never repeat some of the things they said and all in the hearing of all the other customers, but I will say they actually said that parents should never take children out to eat. Wish I could have taken that tip I left back and I'll never eat there again.
